Really nice hotel that is centrally located. Everything was clean, the staff were great, and the property was in very good condition. We would definitely stay here again. FYI, free coffee in the lobby until 11:00am. It’s drip coffee but really good drip coffee

On arrival, we were told our room was ready, but that it would cost $200 to check in just 90 minutes early. The alternative was to leave our luggage with the bell desk and return later, which felt unreasonable given the room was already available. When we eventually checked in after going out for lunch, the room itself was modern and clean, though quite small for a “superior” category. It was adequate for our stay but not particularly impressive. Breakfast was another letdown — very overpriced for what was offered, with poor quality food and particularly bad coffee. The most concerning issue came just before checkout, when we noticed daily charges to international numbers on our bill. These calls had been made at times when we weren’t even in the hotel, all to the same number in Asia. We raised this with reception, and while the charges were eventually removed, there was no apology or meaningful explanation, which was disappointing. The location is excellent, but overall the experience was underwhelming. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
